2010 Census & Lincoln Stats!

With the 2010 Census just around the corner I thought it would be interesting to post some Lincoln, California statistics:

Population in July 2007: 42,126.  Population change since 2000: +251.0%

Estimated median household income in 2007: $54,683.  In 2000 it was: $45,547.

Estimated median house value in 2007: $328,258.  In 2000 it was: $141,700.

2008 cost of living index in Lincoln: 94.7 (less than the U.S. average of 100)

Lincoln, CA elevation: 164 feet

Lincoln, CA land area: 18.3 square miles

Median real estate property taxes paid for housing units in 2000: 0.8% ($1,149)
