Fall Colors in Lincoln Hills!

We were lucky enough to have a longer summer this year in Lincoln Hills, but now the weather is changing... along with all of the beautiful trees!  This is a perfect time to talk briefly about the breathtaking grounds here in Lincoln Hills.

The Community Association maintains all of the landscape corridors, medians, parks and open space areas.  Parks and landscape corridors were built to encourage walking and bicycling as appealing alternatives to motor vehicle travel in Sun City Lincoln Hills.  Linkages between parks, open space and paths allow residents considerable convenience to move within the community.  The "Villages" (different neighborhoods) throughout Sun City  Lincoln Hills are separated and buffered by natural open space drainages, environmentally sensitive areas, tree stands, etc., to help create a sense of identity and community.  Each homeowner is required to pay $103 per month (collected quarterly) in association dues.  These dues cover many things including: the two clubhouses, the sports complex, common areas and maintenance/landscaping... just to mention a few.  In 2008, the Community Association had almost $2.5 million allocated for the Landscape maintenance in Lincoln Hills.  It is money well spent - Sun City Lincoln Hills is pristine all year long!
